This is an Egyptian private joint stock company established in 1989. The company was established with a mission to assist in facilitating access to finance to Egyptian micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the application of different credit guarantee products. And to encourage financial institutions (banks & non-banks) to meet the financial needs of the MSMEs.

We were pitching a digital transformation solution to the company, where the aim was to digitize customer journeys to enhance efficiency and service for SMEs.
